General Information
The 2018 NMNPC fall conference will include stimulating continuing education presentations, an opportunity to network with your peers and time to enjoy northern New Mexico. Our keynote presentation will be Navigating Scope of Practice: Keeping Your Patients Safe & Your License Intact, by Dr. Carolyn Montoya.
Hotel Reservations
NMNPC reserved a block of rooms at El Monte Sagrado for conference attendees. The hotel will offer these special rates three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation. The hotel will also waive the $25 resort fee for attendees who book a room at El Monte Sagrado, and will still provide the following resort services:
- Daily self parking
- Round trip luggage assistance
- 24-hour shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel
- High speed internet in all guest rooms and common areas of the hotel

CE Approval
This activity is approved for 7.5 contact hours of continuing education by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Activity ID 18083329. This activity was planned in accordance with AANP Accreditation Standards and Policies. In addition, Horizon CME accredits the lunch presentation on November 16 for 1 CME AMA PRA Category 1 credit.

Registration Information
Online registration opened July 23. Register before October 13 to avoid late registration fee (use the register link above left). Student members are eligible for a significantly reduced registration fee but must submit a letter from their program director confirming student status in an NP program to finalize their registration. Please note: NPs in a program to receive an advanced degree or an additional certification are not eligible for the student rate. If you're not already a member of NMNPC, you may join now to be eligible for the member rate. Our venue size limits registration to 100, so register early to avoid disappointment.

Conference Registration Fees
The conference registration fee includes all presentations, breakfast, lunch, and breaks. The fee also includes the NP Week Celebration dinner (Thursday, November 15) and the non-CE meal events (dinner Friday, November 16 and brunch Saturday, November 17) if you choose to attend those events.

Conference Financial Assistance
NMNPC offers 2 subsidies covering the conference registration fee. The subsidies are available to members who need financial assistance to attend. For more information click here.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests require email notification to contact@NMNPC.org. NMNPC will consider conference registration refunds at our discretion for emergency situations only. If approved, refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Please note: NMNPC will not consider any cancellation requests after November 9th.
