General Information

The 2019 NMNPC fall conference will include stimulating continuing education presentations, an opportunity to network and time to enjoy historic Santa Fe. Our keynote presentation will be Dermatology Diseases Affecting Mind, Body, and Spirit by Debra Shelby, PhD, DNP, FNP-BC, DCNP, FACNED, FAANP.

Conference Information

Registration opened June 21st. Register by September 13th to avoid late registration fee (use the register link above left). Student members are eligible for a significantly reduced registration fee but must submit a letter from their program director confirming student status in an NP program to finalize registration. NPs pursuing additional education are not eligible for the student rate.Students who wish to attend the dinner on Thursday must purchase a dinner ticket due to the nominal registration fee paid. If you're not already a member of NMNPC, you may join now and be eligible for the member registration fee.

NMNPC reserved a block of rooms at The Inn and Spa at Loretto for conference attendees and exhibitors. All reservations are due by Monday, October 14, 2019 and are subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.

Conference Financial Assistance

NMNPC offers 2 subsidies covering the conference registration fee. The subsidies are available to members who need financial assistance to attend. For more information click here.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests require email notification to contact@NMNPC.org. NMNPC will consider conference registration refunds at our discretion for emergency situations only. If approved, refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Please note: NMNPC will not consider any cancellation requests after November 1st.
