The bylaws also state that the "Board of Directors shall serve in good faith, shall uphold the highest professional, ethical, and legal standards and shall fulfill the functions of their positions." Additionally, members of the Board of Directors must sign the NMNPC conflict of interest form, attend 80% of meetings and make every effort to attend the spring and fall conferences. The Board of Directors has monthly meetings on the second Thursday of each month and may schedule additional special meetings if needed. The regular meetings are typically no longer than 60 minutes; additional meetings are generally shorter meetings because they're called to address limited topics.
