Non-Cancer Pain Management

May 22, 2017 through May 22, 2019

Purchase price is $110 for members and $150 for non-members. The price includes a file with the links to NMNPC's private YouTube educational channel of five presentations recorded at the NMNPC annual conference on April 29, 2017. The downloadable file also includes additional reference materials. When your order is complete, your file will download and you can watch the videos at your leisure. We will assign you to the NMNPC online community group "2017 Non-Cancer Pain Management." Being a member of that group will allow access to the evaluation and post-test to obtain your CE verification.

The presentations meet the requirements for 5 hours of non-cancer pain management CE as detailed in Rule 9 of the nursing regulations that took effect in November 2012. This independent CE activity is approved through May 22, 2019 (see approval statement below).

Participants in this CE activity must complete the post-test which is available on the NMNPC website. When you've completed the CE activity, log in to your NMNPC online profile and click on the "2017 Non-Cancer Pain Management" community group to access the activity evaluation. When you submit the evaluation, you will be directed to the post-test. Following verification of successful completion (at least 12 of 17 answered correctly on the post-test), you will be able to download your CE verification from your member profile.

This activity is approved 5.0 contact hour(s) of continuing education (which includes 5.0 hours of pharmacology) by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Activity ID 17052682. This activity was planned in accordance with AANP CE Standards and Policies.
